He’s the bad boy of the Amsterdam techno underground: Daniel Sanchez, 26 year old son of a Spanish father and a Dutch mother, who scored one of the biggest hits of the summer of 2007 with the infectious ‘Mumbling yeah’. Daniel’s ‘mumbling’ vocals give the track that special edge.

Na een geslaagde avond knetteren met de karakteristieke sound van Aril Brikha stoomt Phunk Division op zaterdag 17 april door met een kakelverse editie in de Rotterdamse Catwalk.
Tim Wolff has been a fixture in Amsterdam nightlife for over fifteen years, but it wasn’t until 2005 that he started dj-ing and producing. Major gigs soon followed, such as QNSDAY Open Air and legendary techno-event Awakenings, along with many club dates in venues such as Paradiso, the Sugar Factory and Studio 80, and international gigs in Ibiza, New York and Belgrade. Like his dj-sets, Tim’s productions always aim to get heads bopping, while staying true to the spirit of the Detroit masters that inspired him to make music in the first place.
The start of 2009 saw his first release, Sostenuto EP, on EevoNext Recordings, the reputed Tech-house label of Terrace (Acid Junkies), Estroe and The Moderator. The EP has earned support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, Steve Rachmad and Josh Wink, who used the track ‘Branch’ in his Resident Advisor podcast. In april of that same year the Train to 020 EP was released on Tik Tok Music with a remix by Invite.
Tim’s producing efforts have been picking up steam in recent months. A new EP on EevoNext is scheduled for December, followed by remixes for Marko Nastic, Estroe and Invite, as well as a release on dj Melon’s Raw Meat imprint.
