Quince is recognized as one of Holland's biggest talents in the techno scene. Since his first release in 2006 on Amsterdam's Delsin label, he impressed with his well produced, warm house sounds.

This freaky DJ duo started naturally playing together at underground
basement parties in the ghetto of Amsterdam in 2002. Their musical click was
immediately a big hit and got noticed by the local freaks, mobs and
party animals. Even people beyond the Dutch borders were charmed by this
happy male/female combination.
Their mix of Acid, Electronic WEIRDneSS and Deep TechY Sheisse makes the
freaks come out. Not only the crowd goes mad, Mal Borrowed & Frei Bauwerker
also go beserk like two mad, raving kids in the late 80s, as if it's the first time they hear house music.
Their Sound leads them to parties like VIP Awakenings Festival, Pixel at 11, Costa del Soul Festival, Vreemd at Sugar Factory, 5 Days Off, Rockit Open Air, Playground, Getaway, Tank, Lovedance, Mono, Amsterdam Dance Event and even wicked Germany in places as Munich & Hamburg. Also Barcelona got shaken by those two in Club Fellini.

In 2005 they threw their very first party: MAD at 'De Kring' in Amsterdam. It
was a big success. From that moment on they were able to throw a MAD-party once a month and could even organise one at 11 Bar / Restaurant. They did it with a big Bang with Acid Maria, followed by a residency at 11 with guests like Jackmate, Bruno Pronsato, Seph, Tigerskin, Pitto, Sander Baan.

They inspire each other along the musical journey with their personal choice
of music and interests, which makes them, in a musical perspective, a diverse
and powerful team. Besides playing together they have other ambitions such as
travelling the world and starting a web label. In 2006 they started making tracks together.
