He’s the bad boy of the Amsterdam techno underground: Daniel Sanchez, 26 year old son of a Spanish father and a Dutch mother, who scored one of the biggest hits of the summer of 2007 with the infectious ‘Mumbling yeah’. Daniel’s ‘mumbling’ vocals give the track that special edge.
Tegenstellingen leiden tot de mooiste dingen, zo blijkt ook uit de samenwerking tussen disco-housemeester Hans-Peter Lindstrøm en zangeres Christabelle Sandoo, voorheen bekend als Solale.

Rockin’ Heads Productions proudly presents by arrangement with Def Mix 2009 FRANKIE KNUCKLES at the Den (formerly the End)
Rockin’ Heads are taking their mantra to the extreme with a very unusual lineup on June 13th when dance music heavyweight and founder of house music Frankie Knuckles, who has recently remixed artists as diverse as Depeche Mode, Hercules & Love Affair and Florence and the Machine, takes over the main room at the Den. Ed Banger stalwart Vicarious Bliss and electro pioneer and Rockin’ Heads resident Mark Moore will head up the other rooms in London’s favourite club The End which is reopening this week as the Den.
Other artists on the bill include the legendary Danny Rampling, uber-remixer Mumdance, former Angels of Love resident and Italian Scratch DMC champion Lello Romano, the infamous Black Rabbits’ Guy Williams and Bones, Ministry of Sound founder and former resident Justin Berkmann, Rockin’ Heads resident Leonardo Glovibes, DJ Mass, Nick Davy, Ben Belton and Jeko kicking up a storm with their incredible live set.
“We want to show people what we’re about, showcasing what we think is hot right now with significant, historically solid artists who have shaped everything that people are listening to today. We’re looking at the roots of electronic music: there’s some really exciting stuff going on at the moment but a lot of people don’t understand where it came from so we’re going to show them,” said Francesco Furriello, head of Rockin’ Heads Productions.
Rockin’ Heads are holding their event at the beloved End club which is reopening as the Den and Centro (formerly AKA) on 13th June after their Hot Mess event on 15 May at Ghost featuring Justin Robertson, the Loose Cannons, Bones & Nico de Ceglia. July’s Rockin’ Heads party will also take place at the Den & Centro and the lineup will be confirmed shortly.
