Just as some are nagging about the new homies-features, what do we think of the new personal info on the homepage? Anything missing?

ik vind de personal feature te overheersend, nadruk moet blijven liggen op fotos, nieuws, MUZIEK en niet op je eigen gezellige tsit tsat op de site..
advies maak het kleiner, minder overheerend..het is een extraatje niet meer dan dat..

I want to see more pictures, I told you so a few weeks ago! than there where 6 now only 4! What are you gonna do whene you have 5 differend series of pictures on a busy weekend? Make it 8. I agree with Liev-en. Instead of taking away photospace you could considder dropping some releases spaces cause those aren't as fast changing.

First of all if we'd show the last 8 series, Lowlands would still be on the homepage, which would look pretty stupid to me.
Second I agree that the positioning sucks, but I want to designs / reorder the homepage completely anyway. Any comments and constructive suggestions are more than welcome. Problem is which content is important to the everyday-visitor and how to structure it clearly.
Third I find myself checking this personal stuff on the homepage every time I visit the site. And I don't say this because I build it, but because I think it is a nice starter to see updated stuff which concerns me... it could be better, I agree... just like everything on Beatfreax it's a learning curve (mostly for me).
[edit] By the way, since Gabble is running the releases-show FAR MORE releases than photo series are being put online!
