Gaspard Augé (27) en Xavier de Rosnay (24) vormen de Franse band Justice. Sinds hun naamloze debuutalbum in 2007 worden ze gekatapulteerd tot rocksterren en zijn ze in rap tempo de wereld aan het veroveren met hun overweldigende sound en kenmerkende optredens met een enorm verlicht kruis.
After his summer smash hit "Napolitanzer" together with Fokko Versloot it was time for Beatfreax to ask him to do a mix for our podcast. And here it is! An awesome mix with tracks by e.g. Nils Number, Dimitri Andreas, Lopazz and of course the man himself.
Weer een beetje bijgekomen van alle hossel rondom de feestdagen? Mooi, maak je borst(en) dan maar nat! Voidd komt namelijk op zaterdag 10 januari al met een voornemen waar je nieuwe agenda niet snel genoeg kennis mee kan maken.
Op vrijdag 9 januari 2009 geeft Franse Techno godfather Laurent Garnier één van de laatste dj-sets uit zijn carrière weg. Het feestje gaat door in de befaamde Antwerpse club Café d'Anvers, die dit jaar trouwens al 20 jaar bestaat.
The second edition was just great. Damian Keane opened the night, with a solid set, unfortunatly at 23.00hrs the music and lights were down because of a technical failure, but after a few minutes Remmert was able to continue his set.
At 23.30 Bart took over and played a very very nice technoset (probably the best I heared this year), the crowd really enjoyed what Bart was doing. Meanwhile the organisation was checking the power supply, because it was heating up quickly (we used 3 or 4 vans to cool it a little).
Akkachar closed the night with a nice offbeat set, some parts were a little to hard for me, but the crowd was going wild again, only saw smiling faces, so that made me smiling too D

I picked up some gossip about financial troubles and that he didn´t found the secundary working conditions to be as good as he would like te see them.....

had a great evening again in Terborg! Those minor problems with the energy seemed not to make any noticable effect on the atmosphere at all, everybody enjoyed themselves to the max
the crowd existed of more local party'ers than the 1st edition, which i think is a good thing of the organisation (was one of the goals of this initiative, right?)
it took a while to get everything going, but after the short break in Damien Keane's set everyone started dancing and partying and never stopped till the end
Personally i think Skils set was truly great, real fonky techno with a bite; just the way i like it
Akkachar was too raw for me, some nice offbeat but ending with industrial was a bit too much (i can enjoy industrial when i want to, but it didnt fit for me this night)
