Artist: tony boogs

Tony Boogs born in Amersfoort the Netherlands in 1981. He started dj'ing around late nineties, playing all kinds of electronic music. His main style can be described as more house than techno. Although, he likes to combine different styles and push his music to more creative directions. After moving into Amsterdam in 2002 and playing at several mainstream local clubs, he felt the need to stray away from the mainstream styles and work on bringing new sounds. The result of that strive was the WHATEVER parties initiated in the beginning of 2005. These events gave Tony the opportunity to play alongside Amsterdam's finest in some of the best clubs. After several editions Tony ended the WHATEVER parties to dedicate more time for his studies, which took him to Florida and recently to Bulgaria. Meanwhile, the club scene in Amsterdam was continuously improving and soon he was able to play more gigs throughout Europe in places like Club der Visioneare in Berlin, Source Festival Utrecht, SeeMee festival Bulgaria and Now & Wow in Rotterdam. Tony is resident for the Amsterdam based PiekUp parties and his efforts are directed towards sharing visions and taste for quality music by conceptualizing events in Bulgaria under his Off the record label.
