Loveland presenteerde tijdens het Amsterdam Dance Event de officiële DVD van Loveland Festival 2008. Ruim 40 professionals hebben zich tijdens het festival ingezet om de mooiste momenten vast te leggen.
Aanstaande zaterdag is alweer de derde editie in 2008 van eartharea in de Sugar Factory. Elke editie nodigt resident dj Per een grote naam uit het Nederlandse dj-circuit uit om een bijzondere set neer te komen zetten. Ditmaal is de eer aan Lucien ‘the dreadman’ Foort.
Dj Overdose, one half of Novamen started messing around with turntables and mixers in 87 and started producing his own tracks when he bought an SP12. Now he could finally produce the tracks that where playing in his head, mostly hip hop, electro and bass. He was always digging for records and stumbled onto hotmix and met I-F.
At a party in De blauwe aanslag I-f asked him to come and scratch on one of his tracks and similar interests made them connect. Dj Overdose has made records with Dj Technician as Get it boyz, with Ingmar Pauli as Novamen some remixes with I-f as Los muchachos gruesos and a solo record under his own name.
He has played liveshows with I-f and Alden Tyrell at festivals like Sonar (Spain), Aquaplanning (france)awakenings and lowlands (Netherlands). And did a small U.S.and Canadian tour as Novamen where they played several cities plus the Detroit Music Festival. He is now working on a Novamen, a Get it boyz and a solo release.
