Op vrijdag 26 december zal VOLTT dit jaar nog eenmaal goed uitpakken voor een knallende afsluiting van 2008. Op 2e kerstdag zal de Paradiso namelijk in het teken staan van VOLTT met een hoop vooruitstrevend talent en gerenommeerde artiesten.
In navolging van het overdonderende geweld op het tot nok toe gevulde CLiCK feest tijdens het Amsterdam Dance Event krap twee maanden geleden, maakt de organisatie zich op voor een nog meeslepender en vooral intiemer spektakel.
De jaarwisseling neemt altijd een beetje spanning met zich mee, meestal met de grote groep dierbaren die je hebt is het altijd een beetje onderling onderhandelen. Wel uit, niet uit, wel thuis, niet thuis, wel afteren, niet afteren, wel werken, niet werken...

Andrea Ribeca and Giuseppe Ottaviani, two ambitious young guys from Italy, who have the same musical objective in common, founded NU NRG in 1999. Their outstanding trance melodies become their distinctive mark and inspire the project NU NRG.
Their first productions together have a lot of success in the roman region and the track "Dreamland" finally leads NU NRG to Paul van Dyk, who signed the guys to his credible label Vandit Records.
"Dreamland" made it into the German ODC TOP 40 charts and was also featured on Paul van Dyk's Album "The Politics Of Dancing".
Last year Andrea and Giuseppe have been very successful with their first German live performance, opening for Paul van Dyk at the "Love from Above" Event and playing a great set on the Vandit Truck at the Loveparade 2002.
2003 they started their first Live UK performance in Sheffield and followed by gigs in London's Heaven Club in March 2003 and with Mayday, Germany's biggest indoor event in April 2003, Energy, Switzerland's biggest indoor event and Arc, New York in August 2003.
In May 2003 their 2nd Vandit Release: the Space Flower EP was release, a strong follow up after the success of Dreamland that proofed their great potential.
November 2003 their 3rd Vandit release "Connective e.p." it was a positive responce on the charts, on the vinyl sales and compilation but above all a great success on thr dance floors also supported by Paul van Dyk, Armin van
Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto, Jude Jules, Blank & Jones, Rank 1 ....
July 2004 after about 1 year of work in their studio finally their long expected album "FreeFall" is released.
This album is a concentration of positive energy and it includs some of their well known tracks such as Dreamlad, Butterfly, Connective, Aloa-P, but above all new ideas like FreeFall which gives the name to the album.
It was intruduced for the first time at "Fight The Power" (a demostration for the Love Parade '04) and at Vandit's party "The Love From Above" .
This CD shows their ability to arrange various kinds of danca music.
The release of the album opens new horizons for the guys who take part in the greatest german outdoor event "Nature One" and also "International Music Festival" in Vancoover (Canada), "Labour of Love" in Toronto (Canada), "Emerald City" Philadelphia (USA) and once again "Cream" Amnesia Ibiza.
Nu Nrg is getting ready to face the longest trip in their career infact in october we will see them introduced their FreeFall in Australia.
