He’s the bad boy of the Amsterdam techno underground: Daniel Sanchez, 26 year old son of a Spanish father and a Dutch mother, who scored one of the biggest hits of the summer of 2007 with the infectious ‘Mumbling yeah’. Daniel’s ‘mumbling’ vocals give the track that special edge.
Tegenstellingen leiden tot de mooiste dingen, zo blijkt ook uit de samenwerking tussen disco-housemeester Hans-Peter Lindstrøm en zangeres Christabelle Sandoo, voorheen bekend als Solale.

Dax lived most of his life in Maastricht. At the age of eighteen he got deeply involved with electro mainly through his good friend Guido (dj Clockwork). They both started to listen to the same kind of music. In December 2003, Dax bought his first turntables and moved to Amsterdam. Since then he discovered the wide variety of electronic-sounds. Inspired by some German record labels, Daft Punk, old-school bands such as New Order and Depeche Mode, and Legowelt, Dax created his own raw electro-sound. It’s a combination of different kind of electro styles, always with surprising unexpected breaks, vocals, and melodies. Electronation discovered Dax at a Dj-contest for upcoming talents in December 2004. Two weeks later, he played his first set at a Morality party in club More. Things got started for Dax. He is playing in clubs like Supperclub, More, Twstd (contest), Ipanema (Maastricht), Club 11. This summer he will be doing a raw electro back-to-back set with Clockwork at the FFW Dance Parade. Dax is looking forward to play more in the future and enjoy the Electronation parties.
