Philogresz aka ilker Soylu was born in that huge metropolis of Turkey Istanbul, begin 80's! In the summer of 2002 he moved to Dordrecht / The Netherlands and started his education of music production at Art Academy of Utrecht (HKU). Soon after he has set up his own company 078 Productions. With 078 Productions, he set-up an organization team with an aim to create a new dimension into Southern Holland's and yet into Dutch electronic music scene.
