Amsterdam based DJ Flow and DJ Ingy play together as DJs and as a liveact (using real instruments as well as hardware and laptop) called Flowing. Together they run Flowing Productions, the company behind the Club Krang parties in Amsterdam.

Flowing will release their first EP, called "the Bluesman (who quit drinking)" in fall 2008 at Andre Croms brand new label, "Off Records".

Thier style is not very easy to describe. Or as they say: "We just play what we like. From deeper minimal house to real partymusic. It really depends on the the party, the people, playtime, etc. We usually start quite deep and then we will end up somehere, but where that is we never know."

At the moment they are experimenting with a live / DJ combination. "We love DJing more then doing a liveset, but we are also both musicians (Flow plays keys and bluesharp and Ingy plays keys as well) so we sometimes take a laptop, keyboard, midi controller and / or some bluesharps (harmonica) with us to a DJ gig to play along with the music, which is lots of fun for us and the crowd seems to really like it, so we will probably do that more often in the future.

This mix has been keeping our feets and fingers tapping for weeks on end here at the office, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

"We usually start quite deep and then we will end up somehere, but where that is we never know."
"...but we are also both musicians..."
"...for weeks on end here at the office..."

[days/months/weeks etc.] on end
if something happens or continues for days, months etc. on end, it continues for several days, months, or weeks without stopping. -> correct dus

I just started to begin listening to this mix for about 40 minutes or so and it gets me swinging behind my computer and making work much more pleasant! I wonder where this mix ends up somewhere if somebody ever knows! icon_wink.gif

Flauw, sorry, maar lekkere mix icon_exclaim.gif
