News: guido schneider at music people

Guido Schneider at Music People Guido Schneider is well-known for his enthusiastic way of performing behind the decks and his taste for quality music. On May 6th he will play at B.U.M.B. in Rotterdam.

A while ago Music People invited Guido Schneider to rock B.U.M.B. on 6th May. After performances by Troy Pierce, Cabanne, Matt John and Heartthrob it is time for this friendly inhabitant of Berlin to rock the house! Guido Schneider has an excellent name for his impressive list of quality releases, including the dance floor hit “Moved” from the “Unterwegs mit Guido Schneider” 12 inch. This track was played very often by most deejays in 2005 and has earned the status of a “classic”. Guido Schneider releases most of his tracks on Steve Bug’s Pokerflat-label. His cooperation with Pantytec’s Sammy Dee resulted in the strong “Styleways” 12”.

Beside Herr Schneider we also invited a “hot” couple of friends from Holland to perform this evening. They are known under the name of Jason and the Argonauts. These four friends will be giving a smashing live-set with nice minimal sounds. After gigs at Voltt, Magnetronik, Rockit and Less = More it is now time to play B.U.M.B!

The two main-acts of this night will be supported by the Music People residents. The two residents are: Joachim and Hilbert in Hifi. These two gentlemen will be your guides for this evening to prepare you for the two main-acts.

Joachim is a well-known dj, known from the legandary “ON”-nights at Off_Corso and nowadays with his projects such as Less = More and Music People.

To a lot of music lovers Hilbert in Hifi isn’t unknown, he is able to build up his set and play the right tracks at the right time.

B.U.M.B. is known for its intimate character and you don’t have to pay for the wardrobe or the toilets. Besides that the quality of the sound is perfect, so all the ingredients for a nice evening are there!

well i recently show guido performing at watergate and i wasn't impressed at all.

his set was allover the place and although he was using an allen and heath he just treated it as a simple mixer

nevertheless he was very enthusistic so i think it was more to it than having a bad night

Friends are like stars: You can't always see them but they are always there.

I hold with you!!
It was bloody boring and slow that made me fall asleep.
Galluzzi neither was not his best, think it because of the place, Watergate is not their right place to rockicon_neutral.gif (especially not on the flashy mainfloor!!)

But that day after in the Panoramabar Galluzzi was freakin' awesome!!

But I don't agree with zou that Watergate isn't theplace to rock as I had some great parties there. (Groove parties for example)

Of course I had enough nice parties @ Watergate, really great was only twice though. (Grooveparty in December?? With Dixon âme etc?)
Berghain is the right place for Galluzzi, maybe Arena for Schneider?

But I just cannnot stand the new mainfloor...icon_confused.gif
