The albums of Depeche Mode will be reissued over the next year. Not only will the albums be fully remastered, but they will also contain 5.1 surround mixes, along with other bonuses.

All the albums will be released in a special double disc package. The first disc will feature the original album on a hybrid SACD (Super Audio CD) that will play on both normal CD-players as well as SACD-players. The second disc is in DVD Audio and features both a stereo and 5.1 surround mix of the album, as well as some bonus tracks (original b-sides and remixes) and other special features.

The first batch of CD's consists of 'Speak & Spell', 'Music For The Masses' and 'Violator', and will be released on April 3rd this year.
