The second edition of State-X New Forms will take place on Friday 16 and Saturday 17th of December in the Paard van Troje, The Hague. The festival is organized together with the Haags Popcentrum. It's an event for experimental rock, dance and electronica. Thematic content is X-PLORE (what are the new developments in experimental pop music), X-PLAIN (what is the historical context) and X-PECT (what is there to expect the next years)
